“You Never Know…”

Its been awhile. As 2008 came to an end, I switched gears to spending all my time wrapping up the Set To Sea EP. We tracked all the music live in the studio, and overdubbed the vocals. I had to sort through everything and compile the best of what we had, and get it to the mix guy (Russell Crain). Now, you can hear the results. Set To Sea is a real, bonafied (and young!) rock band, and it has been a great mountain of awesomeness to be able to work with them. We have more to do, in order to complete the full-length album, but the EP is a great moment in and of itself. As the year came to a close, I was notified that I might be requested to work on a major label project, so all of January was spent cramming and capturing as much material as I could. I didn’t know for sure if it was a ‘go’, but had to act as if anyways. Much was accomplished, yet I have much to do to sort through it and ultimately bring it to light. Which, since the aforementioned project did come through, I will be doing when I can. Meanwhile, I will be blogging here about my experiences as they happen.
