“You Never Know…”

Its been awhile​.As 2008 came to an end, I switched gears to spend­ing all my time wrap­ping up the Set To Sea EP.  We tracked all the music live in the stu­dio, and over­dubbed the vocals.  I had to sort through every­thing and com­pile the best of what we had, and get it to the mix guy (Russell Crain).  Now, you can hear the results.  Set To Sea is a real, bonafied (and young!) rock band, and it has been a great moun­tain of awe­some­ness to be able to work with them.  We have more to do, in order to com­plete the full-​​length album, but the EP is a great moment in and of itself​.As the year came to a close, I was noti­fied that I might be requested to work on a major label project, so all of January was spent cram­ming and cap­tur­ing as much mate­r­ial as I could.  I didn’t know for sure if it was a ‘go’, but had to act as if any­ways.  Much was accom­plished, yet I have much to do to sort through it and ulti­mately bring it to light.  Which, since the afore­men­tioned project did come through, I will be doing when I can.  Meanwhile, I will be blog­ging here about my expe­ri­ences as they happen.
